Located in historic Jackson Terrace, designed by prominent San Francisco architect Arthur J. Laib, built in 1911. Terraced stairs with lush plantings of roses, boxwood, arbutus, wisteria, camellia, jade, ferns, poppies bougainvillea and others lead up to private entry into this special very quiet space.

Entry hall leads to a beautiful vestibule that separates living and dining rooms with two sets of windowed pocket doors that create a number of different uses for this space.

Formal dining room has wainscoting, gracious proportion and a working fireplace with tile surround, on the side of which are shelves and a built-in seat with storage below.
